The Walking Project ended November 14, 2015 but of course the walks remain. There are 3 short walks in the project which can also be combined. To walk #1 + #2, cross Geneva St. To continue on #3, cross Westchester Ave. Total walk time of all 3 walks is about one hour, but you can cut that by walking only one side of Dick’s Creek (not looping #2 and #3).

Field Trip #1 is from Rodman Hall Art Centre to Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts (or the reverse direction) and takes 10-15 minutes. It traverses the Merritt Trail and McGuire St. (and is the only Field Trip that does not loop back to the starting point).

Field Trip #2 is the loop around Dick’s Creek in Centennial Gardens and crosses the new Iron Bridge, recently installed as part of the Laura Secord Trail. It takes about 30 minutes.

Field Trip #3 is the loop around Dick’s Creek at Princess Park, the Captain Misener section of the Merritt Trail, and takes about 20 minutes.

Field Trips #2 + #3 may be wheel-chair accessible; they are AccessibleIconProjectCCgravel top paths.
